We in the Sustainable Improvement and Innovation (SI&I) Network are passionate about improvement and innovation, and working with people to achieve impact in teams, networks, businesses, communities, regions and industries.

Content is based around the Continuous Improvement and Innovation (CI&I) process, a range of useful tools and the SI&I system model.

Anyone can use these sound methodologies.  They have been used in governments, industries, corporations, businesses, NGO's, communities, families and by individuals in different cultures around the world.

When people work together using CI&I and/or SI&I they consistently get better results, and their work (and life) becomes more rewarding, stimulating and enjoyable.

We have a network of specialists on three continents who have a vast amount of experience in assisting teams, businesses and communities to use CI&I and/or SI&I to continually improve the results they achieve. 

We offer workshops, coaching, or a side-by-side long-term partnership to support you to successfully practise sustainable improvement and innovation. This can be delivered face-to-face, by phone and/or online.
